At PROMEE, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and trustworthy platform for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any activity that exploits or endangers minors.

PROMEE is intended exclusively for adults who are 18 years of age or older. Users who do not meet this age requirement are prohibited from creating an account or using our services.

1. Age Requirement

All users must be at least 18 years old to register and use PROMEE.

If we discover or receive credible information indicating that a user is under the age of 18, we may immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

PROMEE strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation of children or minors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
  • Grooming or attempting to groom minors
  • Sexual solicitation involving minors
  • Sharing, requesting, or promoting exploitative content involving minors
  • Human trafficking involving minors
  • Using PROMEE to facilitate child exploitation in any form

Any violation of these standards will result in immediate enforcement action.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users may not use PROMEE to:

  • Upload illegal or exploitative images or videos.
  • Share sexually explicit content involving minors.
  • Contact minors for sexual purposes.
  • Encourage or facilitate child exploitation.
  • Threaten, coerce, manipulate, or exploit vulnerable individuals.
  • Impersonate another person for abusive or illegal purposes.
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or predatory behavior.

4. Reporting Safety Concerns

PROMEE provides in-app tools that allow users to report inappropriate profiles, messages, photos, or other content that may violate our policies.

Users are encouraged to report:

  • Suspected child exploitation.
  • Sexual harassment.
  • Abusive or threatening behavior.
  • Fake or fraudulent accounts.
  • Any activity that violates our Community Standards.

Every report is reviewed by our moderation team as quickly as reasonably possible.

5. Blocking Users

Users can block other users at any time to prevent unwanted contact. Blocking prevents further communication between the accounts and helps maintain a safer user experience.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

PROMEE actively investigates reports of abuse and policy violations.

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

  • Remove offending content.
  • Issue warnings.
  • Temporarily suspend accounts.
  • Permanently ban user accounts.
  • Prevent future account creation.

Serious violations involving child safety may result in immediate permanent removal without prior warning.

7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Where required by applicable law, PROMEE may cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in the investigation of child sexual abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or other illegal activities.

We may preserve or disclose information when legally required to support investigations or comply with valid legal requests.

8. Safety Measures

PROMEE is committed to improving user safety through ongoing platform protections, which may include:

  • User reporting tools.
  • User blocking features.
  • Profile moderation.
  • Content review processes.
  • Account investigation procedures.
  • Security monitoring to detect abusive activity.

We continuously review and improve our safety measures to help protect our community.
